As a Design Lead:

  • Undertook Market research and user research for the firm’s initial offerings and coordinated on product development with the technical team. Consolidated the firm’s first furniture and product catalogue and initial development and testing of prototypes.

  • Assisted in development of product pitches for investors and potential clients along with overseeing installation on site.

  • Worked on manufacturing and cost optimization for small furniture production within the in-house workshop.

STUDIO LOTUS, New Delhi [June 2015- January 2017]

  • As a part of the internal operations development team:

    Participated in and coordinated on the modification and restructuring of design operations’ stages, identification of operational delays, reworking of standard operating procedures(SOPs) and improvement of delivery timelines for the firm’s design teams during an 8-month organizational development project.

  • As a Project Lead:

    Developed project execution plans, design stage key performance indicators(KPIs), resource management and project execution schedules for hospitality spaces like Godrej Club House, Mumbai, Devanya housing retreat, Dehradun, and Commune co-living complex, Gurugram.
